Coucou, serait-il possible de me corriger les fautes dans ce texte, ou du moins de m'indiquer mes erreurs . Je passe en exposé Mardi matin sur ce sujet. Merci par avance.

The main problem with a scandal which affects the quality of your product, especially in the food industry, is the decrease of the consumer belief. If they don’t trust in your product it becomes difficult for your company to sell. That is what happened for the company Berthaut. The confidence crisis of consumer occasioned by the lysteria has provoked the fall of the demand. In 3 week the number of order are reduced of 75%. For a SME like Berthaut, a fall like this can going bankruptcy.
Mister Berthaut , the chairman of Berthaut company, was very disappointed by this crisis because he had already alerted authorities that Epoisse company, the source of the lysteria crisis, was not in conformity, about health rules. And when a case like this happens, media talk about the product and the firm guilty, but consumer retains only the name of the product. That’s why it is difficult to do something against this kind of crisis.
This story shows you that your product can have a good quality, and because another company doesn’t respect rules, yours can be affected. The worse with a crisis is you don’t know when it happens, that is why you must be prepared. The best way to solve a crisis is to handle it before it happens. If handled correctly the damage can be minimized.
In conclusion we can give two advices to you. Be prepare and remember that is crucial in a crisis to tell it all, tell it fast and tell the truth.
