Pouvez-vous vérifier mon texte ?
J'ai un doute sur " an which they are being use" pour dire "et ceux qu'ils utilisent actuellement" en parlant des produits.

Dear xxx ,
Today I called the central purchaser to have feed back regarding our last offer
He has finally checked our proposal but he did not find similarity between products we proposed and which they are being used.
So I propose to organize a meeting with a tecnical manager in order to disuss applications instead of stupidly comparing products composition. He agreed and asked me to call him back at the beginning of the year; in the meantime he looks for a plant manager who will be available to discuss "technic application" and make test.
That's all I can tell you for the time being.

Hello!In my experience, and as Dolfine says, "ceux" often is translated as "the ones" in English.
