I will inform the parents that their situation has been reported to the Director of Youth Protection.
I will meet the parents and inform them of the content of the report
I will ask them what is their view on the situation
I will ask them how they going to improve the situation
I will meet the child and inform him that his situation has been reported to the Director of Youth Protection.
I will ask him to tell me how his parents threats him
I will ask him if he feels that is safety is at risk
I will contact the school and ask for their observations
I will write an evaluation report for the court
In that report, I will determine if the safety and the development of the child are at risk
I will give my recommendations to the judge.
I will submit my report to the youth court.
